I would like to share my very pleasant real estate experience about Kim Pennington and Crye Leike.  I had tried to sell my home myself (FSBO) for about six months.  During the course of six months, I had emailed various agents questions about selling my home etc.  She was one of the agents that always took the time to respond back to my questions via email even though I was trying to sell my home myself.  After months of lots of activity of showing the home myself with no sale and dealing with frustration of all of the ‘looky lues’ (as Kim called them), I decided to go ahead and start interviewing agents to sign with.   I had been contacted by many agents about signing with them usually with high pressure, lots of calls, emails, etc.   Kim always stuck out in the back of my mind because she was always very responsive and did not put a lot of extra pressure on me about signing with her.  I did interview her and several other popular agents in the community and I decided to sign with her, of course, with no regrets.  I felt she was a straight shooter from the get go.  She was always responsive, fair, understanding, professional, and I always felts she was looking out for my best interest.  The whole process from signing to closing on the sale of my house went very smoothly.   She took that extra mile and that was what truly impressed me about her.   The best part was that she got my home sold within three months of signing with her.   I would definitely recommend Kim Pennington to anyone who is selling their house.
